Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at the resort. The ambiance was wonderfully peaceful even though it was peak season, and the amenities such as the lagoon-style pool were simply stunning. The staff was always ready to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. However, the dining options were somewhat basic, and while the room was comfortable, it could use a little sprucing up. Overall, it was a relaxing getaway with a few minor drawbacks.
Our stay at the resort was a mixed bag. While the pool area was lovely and made for a relaxing environment, our room experience left a lot to be desired. Privacy was a major issue, and there were concerns with housekeeping and lack of amenities. However, the friendly staff did their best to assist us. Overall, it fell short of the expectations set for a 4-star resort.
We had a nice stay at the hotel, but there were some drawbacks. The location is great for families and the pool area is a hit with kids, but the winter pool conditions weren't ideal, and hidden fees for amenities dampened our experience. Additionally, some rooms may feel cramped for longer stays, and the dining options are somewhat limited.
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing overall. While the rooms offered some basic needs, there were numerous cleanliness issues and a lack of essential items like kitchen linens. The metal bar stools were uncomfortable, making it hard to work. The Wi-Fi changes also added unnecessary hassle. I wouldn’t recommend it for those with mobility issues, given the lack of an elevator. On the other hand, the staff seemed friendly and helpful, but there were definitely areas that need improvement.
I had a comfortable stay at this hotel, enjoying a spacious room with a lovely balcony view of the pool area. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the beach and town. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, and the breakfast could be quite busy. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but some improvements in service and dining would enhance future visits.
