I had a fantastic stay at the resort. The ambiance was wonderfully peaceful even though it was peak season, and the amenities such as the lagoon-style pool were simply stunning. The staff was always ready to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. However, the dining options were somewhat basic, and while the room was comfortable, it could use a little sprucing up. Overall, it was a relaxing getaway with a few minor drawbacks.

Rooms
7.0
The room was comfortable and came equipped with everything I needed, though it felt a bit dated and could benefit from some renovations.
Service
9.0
The staff were lovely and always ready to provide tips or assistance, really enhancing our stay.
Location
8.0
The location is quite convenient, just a short walk to the beautiful Four Mile Beach and other dining options, although it’s a bit far from the main town center.
Dining
6.0
Dining was decent, but the selection was quite average, mostly limited to light options.
Facilities
10.0
The facilities were excellent, especially the pools, which were clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing.

5.6/10

Our stay at the resort was a mixed bag. While the pool area was lovely and made for a relaxing environment, our room experience left a lot to be desired. Privacy was a major issue, and there were concerns with housekeeping and lack of amenities. However, the friendly staff did their best to assist us. Overall, it fell short of the expectations set for a 4-star resort.

Rooms
5.0
The room we had was on the ground floor right by the pool, offering little privacy. It felt basic and had bugs; waking up early due to sunlight was frustrating. It didn't meet our expectations for comfort.
Service
6.0
The service seemed stretched thin, especially when we needed new towels. While staff were always friendly and did their best, it often felt like they could only offer the bare minimum.
Location
7.0
The resort's location is decent; a short walk gets you to town. However, a complimentary shuttle would have been nice instead of needing to pay for each trip.
Dining
Facilities
5.0
Facilities felt underwhelming for a resort, with limited hours for tennis and the pool bar. The overall experience felt more like a basic rental than a full-service resort.

7.4/10

We had a nice stay at the hotel, but there were some drawbacks. The location is great for families and the pool area is a hit with kids, but the winter pool conditions weren't ideal, and hidden fees for amenities dampened our experience. Additionally, some rooms may feel cramped for longer stays, and the dining options are somewhat limited.

Rooms
7.0
The room was clean and well-appointed, but a bit small for extended stays.
Service
8.0
The staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially with the breakfast situation.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, providing easy access to the beach and local attractions while being a short walk from town.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast options were decent for a quick meal but lacked variety and a dining area for lunch or dinner.
Facilities
7.0
The pool area, especially the one with the waterslide, was excellent for family fun, though not heated in winter.

5.4/10

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing overall. While the rooms offered some basic needs, there were numerous cleanliness issues and a lack of essential items like kitchen linens. The metal bar stools were uncomfortable, making it hard to work. The Wi-Fi changes also added unnecessary hassle. I wouldn’t recommend it for those with mobility issues, given the lack of an elevator. On the other hand, the staff seemed friendly and helpful, but there were definitely areas that need improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The layout of the room was functional but quite tight, and it urgently needs better maintenance. There were no insect screens, which was surprising.
Service
6.0
The service was average; while staff were friendly, responding to requests was frustrating.
Location
7.0
The location was decent, being a short walk into town, but it felt a bit isolated, further out than expected.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were quite limited, and lacking flexibility for snacks like wraps by the pool.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities, including the pool area, definitely need more attention as they showed signs of neglect.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel, enjoying a spacious room with a lovely balcony view of the pool area. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the beach and town. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, and the breakfast could be quite busy. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but some improvements in service and dining would enhance future visits.

Rooms
8.0
The room was good-sized, clean, and included a nice balcony overlooking the pool, perfect for relaxing.
Service
5.0
The service was hit or miss; reception staff seemed unsure about certain procedures regarding gift cards, which was frustrating.
Location
9.0
This hotel is well-situated, with easy access to both the beach and the center of town.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was plentiful but could be overwhelming due to the crowds, and the selection felt limited.
Facilities
8.0
The pool facilities were great, and I appreciated the BBQ area available for guests.
